BAR SERVICE

Make your next event extra special with your drinks served from our beautiful van.

The best part? We are a completely BYO service, meaning you provide the drinks that align with your taste and budget and our RSA certified bar staff serve them.

Our van is fully equipped with fridges, freezers, ice buckets and glassware. All we need is a flat place to park and access to power and drinking water.

2 hour bar service: $800

3 hour bar service: $1100

4 hour bar service: $1300

Includes glassware, ice, RSA certified staff, van hire, ice buckets and set up/pack down for up to 80 guests. Additional guests $5/head per hour. Free travel within 20km of Wangaratta, $1/km travel fee beyond this radius.

COCKTAIL SERVICE

Select 3 cocktails to have served from our van by our fabulous RSA certified bar staff.

Choose from your favourite classics or work with us to create a signature drink for your special event.

2 hour cocktail package: $1000

3 hour cocktail package: $1200

4 hour cocktail package: $1400

COFFEE PACKAGE

Need a coffee van for your next sporting event or market? Perhaps you just want to ensure your guests are well caffeinated the day after your wedding?
We are proud to serve high quality coffee from Merhant Coffee Roasters, Mansfield Vic. We also offer Hot Chocolate, Tea, Chai, Juice, Kombucha, muffins, cakes and a range of quality alternative milks (MilkLab Almond, Happy Happy Soy Boy, Oatly Oat).

For private pre-paid events we offer all inclusive packages from $350/hr. If you'd like to allow your guests to purchase their own drinks we just have a minimum spend of $500 - no additional booking fees.

Is your event or market open to the public? We are happy to attend without minimum spend requirements

Includes Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea & Chai served from our eco friendly home compostable coffee cups.
